How does it work?
You will enroll for a course, for free, go through the training material, pass the quiz, and receive a digital certificate. It’s as easy as that! Please reach out if you have any follow up questions that we can help answer.

How will I receive my digital certifications?
If you’ve recently earned your BARBICIDE® certifications, you will be able to access them within your Profile by clicking on the Profile page on the top navigation. The courses you have completed will expanded in the middle of the page and you can click on the ribbon icon to open your certificate. From there, click on the Download Certificate to receive your digital PDF, which you can save and print.

How can I share my Certificate, both digitally and physically?
After navigating to your certificate from your profile, you will land on a Certificate Authority page showing your certificate. You can copy the link on in your browser and share this URL digitally. Additionally, you can click on “Download PDF”, which will download the pdf certificate for you to save, email, or print for your salon, barbershop, etc.

How do I print the digital certificate?
After downloading the pdf, you can print out the certificate by opening the .pdf and clicking on the print icon in the top right of the pdf viewer. Depending on the computer operating system, you may need to do File > Print.

How do I change my name on the certificate?
If you accidentally created your account with your email address instead of your name, or your name was misspelled, simply navigate to My Account and then Account Details. From there, simply update your First name and Last name fields and click “Save changes”. Your certificates will be automatically updated. I have an older certificate prior to March 2024, can I still retrieve my certificate?
BARBICIDE transitioned to our new Digital Certificate platform on March 2024 and we have started to issue our own certificates. Unfortunately, we can not retrieve older certificates and we are recommending that users retake the training every year.

Is the Course / Certificate available in other languages like Spanish, French, or German?
Unfortunately, at this time, the course is only offered in English.

Need to reset your password?

If you need to reset your password, it’s as simple as navigating to Lost Password and filling out your email. We’ll send you an email to reset your password to something new.
